How it works

Built around how life actually works

Your data connects across modules. The assistant sees the full picture. Nothing is siloed, and nothing needs you to keep it in sync.

Step one

Bring your life in

Log health data, finances, tasks, habits, and goals, each in their own module. Import from existing apps or start fresh in minutes.

  • Start with one module. The others can wait until you want them.
  • Import from an existing app, or start clean. Both are fine.

What it can see right now

Sleep

Budget

Calendar

Habits

Meals

One question, "why am I so tired lately?", reads all six.

Step two

AI that knows you

Ask about your finances, progress, or schedule. The AI has access to your real data, not just the internet. Contextual help, not generic advice.

  • Ask in a sentence. It reads your records, not a search engine.
  • It can act on what it finds, and shows you every action it takes.

Your assistant

sees 13 modules

Log 45 minutes on the deck project, move Thursday's dentist to Friday, and remind me the furnace filter is due.

Done, all three. The deck is now at 60%, and I moved the dentist to Friday 2:00pm since Thursday already had your 1:30 standup.

Step three

Stay ahead of everything

One dashboard, one calendar, one assistant, in the browser on any device. Native iOS and Android apps are still to come.

  • The daily briefing is rule-based, so it costs no AI credits.
  • It spots the collisions across modules that you would not.

Two bills land before payday

Insurance ($142) and the water bill ($61) both hit Thursday. Balance covers one comfortably.

Sleep is down four nights running

Averaging 6h 12m against your 7h 30m goal, and the gym habit slipped the same week.

Deck project is one task from done

Only "stain the railing" is left, and Saturday is clear.

What the first week looks like

Start with one module rather than all thirteen. Most people begin with tasks or budget, because those are the two where the mess is most visible, and add the others once the habit of opening the app exists.

Importing is optional. A blank start works, and for habits and goals it is often better, because an import brings the backlog with it, and a backlog is the thing that made the last system feel like a chore.

The assistant gets more useful the more it has to look at, so it is worth giving it a fortnight of real data before judging it. Asked on day one it knows very little about you, which is the honest position for it to be in.
