What is an AI message?
One question to the assistant and its reply. Reading your own data, adding a task or checking a budget does not consume one. Only asking the assistant does.
What happens when I run out?
The rest of MySphere keeps working. Only the assistant pauses until the month turns over, or until you add top-up credits, which do not expire.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It has no time limit and asks for no card. It is six of the thirteen modules, plus the journal, for one person, indefinitely.
How does the free trial work?
Personal and Household each come with a 14-day free trial, and we do not ask for a credit card to start it. To keep those features after day 14, subscribe. If you do not, your account moves to the Free plan on its own. Nothing is charged and none of your data is deleted. One trial per account.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, on the paid plans, and it is worth saying plainly: the data is yours. What we store and what you can do about it is set out in the privacy policy.
